Private businesses have played an integral role in China's quest for high-quality economic growth. Xu Lejiang, executive vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a leading industry body, said that China will increase its efforts to create a fair and transparent development environment for private enterprises in 2023.
