Aside from the recent appreciation of the Chinese RMB, Morgan Stanley raised its 12-month index target for China from 70 to 80. Professor Liu Zhiqin, a senior fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at the Renmin University of China, says that recent rises show great potential and strong resilience of China's economy.
