Eleven people have reportedly died since January 2 due to recent inclement weather in the Philippines, Diego Agustin Mariano, head of the Joint Information Center of the Office of Civil Defense, said on Tuesday, according to local GMA News.
Mariano added that as of Tuesday morning, 263,906 people have been affected by ongoing heavy rains.
