Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a tweet on Tuesday that he had a phone conversation with President of the European Council Charles Michel.

The two leaders agreed they would make joint efforts to implement the "Peace Formula," and discussed expectations for the upcoming EU-Ukraine summit, Zelenskyy said.
