China's relaxation of border measures provides much convenience to international businesses. Dr. Niels Peter Thomas, the president of Greater China at Springer Nature, is in Heidelberg, Germany, but expects to begin his work in China soon. He has voiced his belief that there will be an increase in cultural and academic exchanges following the shift of COVID-19 measures in China.
