Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang says that the African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Headquarters project is a flagship project of cooperation with Africa announced by President Xi Jinping at the 2018 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing. He spoke at a ceremony on Wednesday to mark the completion of the construction project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
