The death toll from a Russian missile attack that destroyed an apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro has risen to 30, and 30 to 40 people could still be trapped under debris, Natalia Babachenko, the regional governor's adviser, said on Sunday.

She added that more than 30 people were in hospital, including 12 in serious condition.
