Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone call on Monday, the Kremlin said in a press release.
The leaders raised the issue of a prisoner swap between Russia and Ukraine, primarily the wounded.
They confirmed their commitment to further cooperation, with the supply of Russian gas and the creation of a regional gas hub in Türkiye as the priority.
