Russia, Ukraine claim striking on each other's military facilities

Russian Defence Ministry said it had achieved its goal of striking Ukraine's command and control system with missiles on January 15. The Ukrainian army said the same day that it had attacked an area where Russian forces rallied and the position of the air defense system. It also said the fighting in Soledar is ongoing while Russia claimed control of the region. Both sides did not verify each other's claim.
