In an interview with CGTN anchor Xu Qinduo, Mubarak Mugabo from the New Vision of Uganda says that the Western media's criticism over the pandemic in China is not about the effectiveness of policy or about what China does or does not do, but about China itself. China's COVID-19 policy has protected many lives as opposed to policies in many other countries, while China's biggest critic, the U.S., has lost over 1 million people to COVID-19.
