DPR defense headquarters confirm liberation of Soledar by Russian forces

The "Donetsk People's Republic (DPR)" defense headquarters confirmed the liberation of Soledar by Russian forces, TASS reported on Tuesday.
The Russian defense ministry last week claimed control of the eastern Ukrainian town, but Kyiv said its troops were still fighting there.
