There used to be a stereotype about Pakistan not being safe for tourists. What about now? Muhammad Furqan Rao, head of the China Desk of the Associated Press of Pakistan, says the situation has greatly improved. Visitors can explore cities including Karachi and Lahore as well as a number of destinations in northern Pakistan that are now deemed safe for tourists.
