Walking in a winter wonderland. The 39th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival has opened in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. The festival is a highlight of winter tourism on travel itineraries. The festival has launched three ice-snow theme parks, 12 ice-snow experience products, and 10 ice-snow travel routes.
