Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte on Monday about "possible scenarios for the events at the front" and "joint activities for the near future."
Zelenskyy thanked Rutte via Twitter for "the willingness to continue working to strengthen air defense."
