A helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building in the city of Brovary in Ukraine’s Kyiv region, according to Kyiv regional official on Wednesday.
There are victims, said Oleksiy Kuleba, Governor of the Kyiv region, adding ambulances, police and firefighters are working at the crash scene.
"At the time of the tragedy, children and employees of the institution were in the kindergarten. At this point, everyone was evacuated," Kuleba said on Telegram.
