Fishermen in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are ready for the next harvest as the annual winter fishing festival has begun at Wulungu Lake in Altay Prefecture. Despite the harsh weather conditions of around -20 degrees Celsius, there is a big turnout for the celebration. Some of the fish just caught were immediately ordered by the lakeside visitors, and most would be delivered and sold across the country.
