Ten naughty panda cubs sent Chinese New Year wishes with their keepers from Sichuan Province in southwest China on Wednesday. The panda base in the Wolong National Nature Reserve is festooned with rabbit-themed decorations. Less than a year old, the cubs are at their naughtiest age, so they revel in toying with the ornaments.
