The death toll from a missile strike on the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro rose to 46 on Thursday, and 11 people remain missing, Valentyn Reznichenko, the Dnipropetrovsk regional governor, said on Telegram.
He said 80 people were also injured, and three of them, including a 9-year-old, are in serious condition.
On January 14, Ukraine said Russian missiles smashed a nine-story apartment block in Dnipro, but the Kremlin has rejected the accusation.
