HKSAR to scrap quarantine for people infected with COVID-19 from Jan. 30

Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) John Lee announced on Thursday that the quarantine order for people infected with COVID-19 will be lifted from January 30.
