Ukraine appoints acting interior minister after helicopter crash

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced on Wednesday that Igor Klymenko, chief of the National Police, will act as interior minister following the death of Denys Monastyrsky.
Monastyrsky and other interior ministry officials perished in a helicopter crash near Kyiv earlier in the day.
