Chinese New Year performance at Sanxingdui Museum shows culture of ancient Shu Kingdom

To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the Sanxingdui Museum in southwest China has staged a cultural event, which attracted more than 10,000 visitors on Sunday. 

The event showed activities from the ancient Shu Kingdom, dating back over 4,000 years. With new media technologies, actors imitated Shu people praying for luck through the ceremony of dances, music and sacrifices.
