Heavy, continuous torrential rain across Auckland has caused widespread floods, inundating streets and buildings in the North Island city in New Zealand. Many residents are being evacuated and emergency services mobilized while a scheduled Elton John concert has been canceled. Describing the rain as "apocalyptic," CGTN's correspondent Owen Poland shows us the flood situation in his own neighborhood.
