Novak Djokovic of Serbia beat Stefanos Tsitsipas from Greece 3-0 in the Australian Open men's singles final to win a record-extending 10th title in Melbourne, also his 22th Grand Slam title on Sunday.

Djokovic, 35, equaled Spanish star Rafael Nadal's record haul of Grand Slam trophies.

The Serbian provided a defensive masterclass to overwhelm Tsitsipas 6-3, 7-6 (4), 7-6 (5) in two hours and 56 minutes, also ensuring his return to No. 1 in the world rankings.
