Magical icicles formed inside an apartment block corridor in northeastern China's Jiamusi City after a door was left open on January 24. They formed as the temperature reportedly touched -40 degrees Celsius. Cold air blowing through the building froze when it met hot air from the heating system. The icicles have already been removed for safety reasons.
