Constructions have resumed for major projects in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as migrant workers are returning to work after the Spring Festival holiday that ended on January 28. Xinjiang's Jimsar shale oil field in the Junggar Basin has seen a well drilled in the past couple of days, which can produce 30.9 tons of oil per day.
