According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the global economy will weaken in 2023, as rising interest rates and the Russia-Ukraine conflict continue to weigh on activity. But in its latest upgrade of the global economic outlook released on January 30, economists are more optimistic than they were just a few months ago.
