The UK announced new sanctions against Myanmar's military government on Tuesday, targeting two companies and two individuals.
Canada and Australia also imposed further sanctions on Myanmar on Tuesday.
The United States also plans to step up sanctions on the country, according to a U.S. Treasury Department statement seen by Reuters on Tuesday.
