Chart of the Day: China to further boost COVID-19 vaccination among elderly

With a population of 267 million aged over 60, China is ramping up vaccination among this group.
As of January 13, 2023, over 90 percent of Chinese people over the age of 60 have been fully vaccinated, according to the data released by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. That's a big improvement from March 2022, when 80.4 percent of those over 60 were fully vaccinated.
