The WHO says the COVID-19 pandemic is still a public health emergency of international concern. Hu Naijun, professor from the School of Public Policy and Management at the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, says that the mortality rate of COVID-19 has been dropping but remaining cautious about virus is the right thing to do.
