A comet is streaking our way again after 50,000 years. The comet last visited during Neanderthal times, according to NASA. It came close to Earth on February 1 before speeding away again, unlikely to return for millions of years. The harmless green comet is visible in the northern night sky with binoculars, small telescopes and possibly the naked eye in the darkest corners of the Northern Hemisphere.
