Hailed as Southeast Asia's largest art fair, ART SG kicked off its first edition in Singapore. The fair comes at a time when the city state is fast becoming the go-to place in Asia for global companies, family offices and high net-worth individuals. With that in mind, the global art market is looking at Singapore as a regional art hub to attract new collectors. CGTN's Miro Lu brings us more.
