Zelenskyy, EU's von der Leyen discuss new sanctions against Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Thursday that he had discussed new sanctions against Russia with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and called for "tougher measures."
The EU president said the EU aims to have the 10th package of sanctions in place by February 24 and pledged reconstruction for Ukraine.
Von der Leyen arrived in Kyiv on Thursday ahead of an EU-Ukraine summit hosted by Ukraine.
