The catering sector is one of the worst-hit industries during the coronavirus pandemic. Many restaurants saw their businesses fold, but a small eatery in the city of Wuhan, in Hubei Province, showed resilience and, with some luck, survived. Even as China optimizes its COVID-19 control policies, the owner of this restaurant believes her business will see recovery this year.
