The Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday in a statement that 63 of its servicemen have been returned as the result of a complex negotiation process with Ukraine.

The group of released Russian servicemen includes persons of a "sensitive category," whose exchange became possible thanks to the mediation efforts of the leadership of the United Arab Emirates, the ministry said.
