China builds more than 6.13m hectares of national reserve forests

As of 2022, more than 6.13 million hectares of national reserve forests had been built in China with the support of more than 140 billion yuan (about $20 billion) of construction funds over the past decade, according to the National Forestry and Grassland Administration.
