The construction of Linglong One, a commercial onshore small modular reactor in south China's Hainan Province, has reached a milestone with the completion of final-layer concrete pouring into its internal structure on Saturday. As a multi-functional modular small, pressurized water reactor, Linglong One was developed by China National Nuclear Corporation with independent intellectual property rights.
