Two Russian missiles hit the center of Kharkiv, the administrative capital of the Kharkiv region in Ukraine's northeast, with one of the missiles striking a residential building, the city's mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Sunday.
Regional Governor Oleh Sinegubov said on Telegram that five people were injured and a residential building next to the one impact was damaged.
