Russian official says discussed nuclear arms treaty with U.S. envoy

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Monday that he discussed the New START nuclear arms control treaty with the new United States ambassador in Moscow, Lynne Tracy, last week, Interfax news agency reported.
