Türkiye's disaster agency said 76 people were killed and 440 others injured in an earthquake that hit the country on Monday, with officials warning the death toll is expected to rise.
Moreover, at least 42 people were killed and more than 200 others injured in Aleppo, Hama and Latakia regions as a result of the earthquake, according to Syrian state media.
