Hong Kong's Lo Wu checkpoint reopened for travel with Chinese mainland

The border between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has fully reopened. All travel quotas are lifted, PCR tests are axed for most travelers entering the mainland, and all border checkpoints have resumed operation.
