The renowned Hukou Waterfall on the Yellow River roars as the ice melts due to rising temperatures. Hukou is the world's largest yellow waterfall and the second largest of any kind in China. It is known for rapid water speeds creating thunderous sounds in flood season. As spring arrives, rising temperatures melt the ice on the waterfall, offering a spectacular view over the cliff. The river's rushing water cascades downstream, forming the magnificent waterfall with a drop of about 3 meters. As it is early spring in northern China, the five-meter-thick ice cover on both sides of the canyon has not yet melted, making the cliffs look like polar icebergs.
