Russian President Vladimir Putin's meeting with IAEA chief Rafael Grossi, who is going to Moscow this week, is not planned, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
Peskov told reporters that Grossi would meet officials from state nuclear energy firm Rosatom and the foreign ministry, and that Moscow expected "a substantive dialogue".
Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko had a telephone conversation and agreed to meet within a couple of months, Peskov said.
