China has a migrant worker population of nearly 300 million — over one third of the country's labor force. Most of them come from rural areas but leave their home to work in more developed regions. As the Chinese New Year holiday comes to an end, Sichuan Province in southwest China, among other places, has rolled out special services, to help people return to work.
