Starting from February 6 is China's pilot program to revive the country's outbound group travel services. Travel agencies can open outbound group travel for Chinese citizens to 20 nations, which includes Singapore, a popular destination for Chinese tourists. Singapore Tourism Board expects Chinese arrivals to reach up to 60 percent of the pre-pandemic levels in 2023.
