Pipa player Samuel Wong and Ji Wei co-founded the TENG Company, a non-profit arts group. Seven years ago, they went in search of Mr. Yeo How Jiang, who founded the first Chinese Orchestra in Singapore in the 1950s. As a result, they discovered a group of musicians hidden away among Singapore's dialect organizations.
