More than 120 racers competed on an icy route in the 2023 China Off-Road Track Race in Jixi City. The three-day race was set on the natural ice surface of Xingkai Lake, with a total length of 3.8 kilometers. To cope with this kind of natural ice and snow track, many drivers installed professional non-slip studs for their racing tires, adding more uncertainty to the race. Xingkai Lake, located in the city of Jixi, is the biggest border lake on the China-Russia border.
