The death toll from the powerful earthquakes that hit southern Türkiye on February 6 has risen to 7,108. The quakes were felt especially hard in Gaziantep, Sivas, Hatay, Sanlıurfa, Mersin, Samsun and Trabzon provinces. More than 11,000 buildings  across 10 provinces have collapsed.
