A Chinese envoy to the UN on Wednesday called for great attention to the flow of weapons and ammunition into the Ukraine conflict region, which could pose proliferation risks. The envoy said that like many other peace-loving countries, China has repeatedly stressed that dialogue and negotiation are the fundamental way to end the conflict and restore peace.
