The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a military parade on Wednesday to celebrate the 75th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Army, the Korean Central News Agency reported on Thursday.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, attended the parade on Kim Il Sung Square in Pyongyang.
Several new weapons were displayed during the nighttime parade, including tactical missile squads, long-range cruise missile squads and tactical nuclear weapons.
