Global Stringer

An earthquake measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale jolted southern Türkiye in the early hours of February 6, followed by another quake only slightly less strong soon afterward, causing heavy casualties in the country and neighboring Syria.

CGTN Stringer went to the hardest-hit province of Hatay and captured drone footage of collapsed homes and buildings, as well as the difficult search and rescue operations.
